SyncroLab offer you individualized and specific training plan based on scientific evidence and experience. We want that learn to train with us. We analyze your training data and choose the optimal training load for obtain the best results. In our centre we carry out a biomechanical study of the cyclist globally, understanding that it is a process in which many factors are involved. In addition to needing to check the progression of the posture on the bike during the season, since muscle changes are established that directly affect our pedalling dynamics. At SyncroLab we get your optimal position on your bike.

We have the latest technology available in the market, for the adjustment and analysis of your pedaling. With STT Systems 3D camera system, we achieve real-time image recording.

We observe and verify in the most individualized and precise way possible your position on the bicycle, attending to individual needs and focusing on your morphological characteristics in conjunction with the geometry of the bicycle. In addition to adjusting the angles of your body, we have a pressure sensor system for your saddle (eWiva), to find the most efficient position possible while not neglecting comfort.

An individualized and millimetric adjustment of your bike is possible, and will help you increase your performance. Our experience with professional athletes (Astana, Katusha, Rusvelo) makes our methodology rely on scientific rigor and details to achieve individualized optimization.

 

In addition, we can offer you advanced optimization with our CoRehab system, unique in our country, which allows us to determine possible differences, and evaluate your qualities such as balance, strength or speed. Thanks to inertial sensors and a test battery we can generate reports for the improvement and monitoring of your physical condition.

Physiological Test

Analyze your sports performance with an incremental VO2max test. With our Cosmed K5 portable oxygen meter, we can reproduce the results of a laboratory in the most reliable way on the market. We can perform the test using the scientifically validated Tacx Neo roller that offers us the resistance in watts you need and with your own bicycle we achieve a more comfortable and efficient pedaling. But we have the option to move to the road or track and do a field test.

 

We will identify your ventilatory thresholds (VT1-VT2) and you will obtain your individualized training zones. Assess the physical condition, know the metabolism involved in each effort (fat or HC) and be able to prescribe an adequate and significant training. You can compare the evolution of your performance during the season.

You can also choose an incremental test with Lactate measurement, where we can see your evolution and establish basic parameters to determine your training zones.

 

Without a doubt, a key piece for every athlete, with the added value of the advice you will receive from our professionals with more than 10 years of experience with high-performance athletes.

 

At the end of the test, the analysis phase is carried out, where we deliver a results report with the training areas, recommendations on the current state of play and basic guidelines for good training.

Five days where you have an immersion in professional athlete life. With all services include. We do different professional performance test, coordination, strength, flexibility (R.O.M.), balance and incremental test with Lactate and heartrate variability. Determinate your power profile, training zones and anaerobic threshold. We offer the last recovery technical with physiotherapist.
Enjoy on a professional period with transport to airport, hotel, meets and trainings as a professional rider. The weather is perfect, we have different climbs and you can ride with Alexander Kolobnev. Prepare your next objective in a stage that is created for you.

Strength training is a must for the endurance athlete. Thanks to the latest technology in inertial pulleys and the evaluation with our CoRehab system you can train accurately and be more efficient in training. After analysis we can determine the force distribution in% of the left and right side.

 

With less time you can achieve the same benefits as with a gym workout. Our trainers will advise you so that you have more rest time while managing to increase your performance on the road.
